The setting is absolutely perfect and wonderful, right by Porto and the Douro Valley and all the main attractions, comfortable area. Again, the hotel is located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an arched bridge.

The value for our money at Jardins Do Porto was excellent, and the room was clean, crisp, and instantly calming. The location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and bars, yet quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending activities based on our preferences.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with better-cooked eggs.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a comfortable area, close enough to the gardens and the river and the main sites. We took an a double room and it had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The location was absolutely perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

We got a room with a bathtub. The location was magnificent, not very far from an iconic 2-story market. The staff were committed and helpful all the time.

Wow, what a stay! The place was absolutely incredible, with striking and sophisticated interior design that made it feel super luxurious. I loved being able to enjoy the beautiful gardens from the comfort of my balcony. The staff were amazing and the attached restaurant was a great bonus. Plus, the comfortable beds and friendly service made my Easter stay extra special!

While overall I loved everything about the property, I did find it surprising that the shower was in the bedroom, separated from the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, it's worth noting that there is no one on site in the evening, which could be a concern for some people.

Beautifully decorated hotel, the rooms were delightful. The location was excellent, within a close distance from a Roman Catholic church. The attached restaurant was popular and their staff was very attentive. Our stay there was luxurious!

I had an exceptional stay at Jardins Do Porto - By Unlock Hotels. The staff went above and beyond to provide great service and ensure my comfort. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Porto's historical city center. The room was beautifully designed and had a balcony overlooking a lovely garden. The breakfast was freshly made each morning, and I enjoyed dining in the relaxing garden. my stay was memorable and I can't wait to return.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The room was small with limited storage for clothes, which may be challenging for couples or guests with larger suitcases.
